Imagine living in a residential complex where the nearest restaurant and shop are a minute's walk away. You don't have to drive half an hour to a shopping mall, and the choice of sports is almost limitless – tennis courts, a football field, a swimming pool, and cozy spots for yoga and fitness are right nearby. Your children study on the grounds of the residential complex, at a new school or kindergarten, and you can take part in organizing charity events and find like-minded people and friends.

This is exactly how the KAN team creates residential complexes where the residents' community and a special atmosphere are among the highest values.

For an ITC media project, we spoke with three IT professionals – residents of KAN residential complexes Respublika, UNIT.Home, and Fayna Town – about what life is like there, and more.

Business Breakfast from Forbes Ukraine with Igor Nikonov

A city is not just facades and neighborhoods. It is decisions that are made (or not made) every day. It is a law that exists but does not work. It is an investor who is ready to invest but does not feel protected.

Igor Nikonov, the founder of KAN, in an interview on Goncharov's channel, talks about something that is rarely discussed in public:
🔷 Why the master plan is just an illusion of control.
🔷 How share capital has become a brake on investment.
Why there are more ruins than solutions in the center of the capital every year.
And what needs to change for Kyiv to start developing again.

This is a conversation about a city where you want to live. Not only in the architectural sense, but also in the legal, investment, and human sense.
