How do you create a space where children not only learn but want to stay longer? Where every corner motivates them to explore, create and experiment?

In an interview with DMNTR, Igor Nikonov, founder of KAN Development and co-founder of the A+ network, explained how architecture can influence the learning process and why a modern school is more than just classrooms and corridors.

 Key insights:

- Space should work for the child - convenience, adaptability, ergonomics, and an environment that supports everyone.
- Innovations are in every detail - from interactive classrooms to adaptive areas for teamwork.
- Educational space as a part of the city - a school is not a separate object, but an environment that shapes the culture of the future.
- Safety, comfort, sustainability - environmental solutions, security and compliance with modern challenges.

KAN is the only Ukrainian developer that develops its own network of A+ educational institutions for children aged 1 to 19. Our residents are delighted that they can take their children to a modern gymnasium, school or kindergarten without wasting time in traffic jams. The best education is within walking distance from home.

“Education is not just about knowledge, but about how and where it is learned.”

PROGRESS IN THE CONSTRUCTION OF FAINE TOWN IN JANUARY 2025

Three years of the great war turned the real estate market upside down, changed the needs of buyers and the very understanding of a comfortable life. But KAN Development did not just survive - we continue to create space for life, open schools, develop infrastructure and build a city where you want to live.

“Construction during the war should be even more meaningful. We have no frozen projects. The real estate market is slower, but stable, and our strategy allows us to move forward even in difficult times,” said Igor Nikonov, founder of KAN Development, in a blitz interview with Delo.ua about the company's strategic decisions, market challenges, and why quality housing is a necessity, not a risk.
