KAN ranked 10th among Ukrainian developers by the volume of housing commissioned in 2024, according to the Forbes and LUN ranking.

870 apartments in 2024 may not be much by market standards. But it is enough to change the culture of urban life.

At KAN, we create a space for living right away:
🔹 Kindergartens, schools, alleys, BBQ areas
🔹 Football and basketball courts, padel tennis courts
🔹 Beach complexes and modern playgrounds
🔹 Thoughtful landscaping and mature trees that already give shade
🔹 Cafés, shops, parking

Life begins on the first day. And with it, a new culture of good neighborliness. Warm, attentive, genuine.
So that one morning we all wake up in the Kyiv we have long loved — and the one we dream of.
