The safety of a future home begins long before you receive the keys.

With the construction of the walls, the routes through the courtyard, and how construction is financed.

In Biorytm by KAN Development, the dressing room is provided with walls of monolithic reinforced concrete 250 mm thick with double reinforcement. It combines an everyday function with additional protection. A shelter for 600 people is also designed within the quarter.

Cars move underground: the parking will have direct exits to each of the nine buildings, and the courtyard will remain pedestrian.

Another level is financing. Each project’s own source of funds and its reserve determine its independence from sales in the company’s other complexes.

How these solutions affect residents’ lives, and what is worth finding out before buying, we examine in the Minfin article “Three levels of safety worth checking before buying an apartment”.

A morning workout, a walk along the green promenade, weekends by the pool, and meetings with neighbors in the courtyard — life in Fayna Town is made of moments like these.

The KAN team is developing a living quarter where, right next to home, there is space for sport, rest, children’s discoveries, and conversation.

Thank you to everyone who chooses Fayna Town as their home and fills it with life ❤️

Fayna Town residential complex — No. 1 among comfort-class residential complexes under construction in Kyiv, according to “Choice of the Country 2026”

In the Biorytm living quarter, we think about different rhythms of life. About mornings, work, evenings at home, time with family. And about a reality in which safety has become one more important scenario for a home.

That is why an individual protected space is integrated into the apartment layouts. In ordinary life it remains a functional part of the home and is used as a dressing room.
Its structure is reinforced with monolithic reinforced-concrete walls 250 mm thick with double reinforcement.
We do not separate safety from comfort; we integrate it into thoughtful architecture so that the space stays convenient, aesthetic, and functional every day.

A safe room right in the apartment. For the first time in Kyiv, KAN is implementing this solution in the Biorytm residential complex

KAN Development founder Ihor Nikonov discussed the key market trends at the Ukraine Economic Outlook conference.

Among the main points:
• KAN Development sales in the first half of 2026 grew substantially;
• the share of investment purchases increased approximately from 10% to 25%;
• demand for parking spaces is growing, because underground parking has become an important element of safety;
• construction costs continue to rise faster than housing prices.

The real estate market is already changing. And projects that combine construction quality, ready infrastructure, safety, and long-term value for residents are seeing ever greater demand.

What will happen to the housing market in 2027?

KAN Development, together with A+ Education Holding, has completed and commissioned a large-scale innovative educational complex in the Respublika residential district.

It is a modern school campus with infrastructure comparable to that of a university: a three-storey atrium with an amphitheatre, laboratories, a makerspace, a swimming pool, sports halls, a media library, open spaces for teamwork, and a modern shelter.

Respublika STEAM School was designed as an environment where children can learn through research, hands-on practice, technology, sports, and collaborative projects. Here, the Ukrainian curriculum will be combined with international standards, while the space itself will support the development of critical thinking, creativity, and future-ready skills.
For KAN, this is another example of a systematic approach to creating vibrant neighbourhoods where everything needed for a high-quality life is close to home. For A+ Education Holding, it marks a major new step in developing an educational environment that combines the Ukrainian curriculum, international standards, and practice-based learning.
Respublika STEAM School is a space where education becomes part of the city, the neighbourhood, and Ukraine’s future.
