Тhis is a step that connects university and school education into a single development pathway. It’s not just “preparation for exams,” but the formation of people who can think like engineers — systematically and responsibly — the way the modern world demands.

For A+ students, this means early access to university-level education: classes and workshops with KNUCA professors, work on real engineering and architectural challenges, and projects that go beyond the school curriculum. It’s an opportunity to try a profession before enrollment and consciously choose one’s own path.
KNUCA is included in the Times Higher Education Engineering University Rankings 2026, ranked among the top 100 universities in Eastern Europe by QS Europe 2026, and holds 22nd place among Ukrainian universities in the Top-200 Ukraine 2025 ranking.

A+ is building an educational model where the university horizon opens much earlier. It’s a new format of educational institutions: academic rigor as the foundation, practice as a natural continuation, and partnership with KNUCA as a bridge between school and higher education that helps students deliberately shape their future.

What does education look like when electricity can disappear at any moment?

KAN Development and the A+ Education Holding shared the Ukrainian experience with a journalist from the German newspaper Der Tagesspiegel: how schools and kindergartens continue to operate during the war and amid blackouts.

Thanks to the use of energy-independent technologies, A+ educational facilities are fully prepared for any weather-related challenges, while well-established safety protocols make it possible to move classes to shelters in less than 4 minutes — without interrupting the learning process.

The Ukrainian private education market is entering a new phase: today, it’s not only the curriculum that matters, but also the creation of environments where children feel safe, supported, and able to grow at their own pace. This is exactly the kind of environment being created by Respublika STEAM School — a large-scale project by KAN Development and the A+ Education Holding, set to open in September 2026 ❤️

This school is an investment in children and in our shared future. It is about responsibility for a generation that will live in a world of high technology, global competition, and rapid change. It is about ensuring that Ukrainian children have access to modern education and a space that helps them discover and develop their own abilities.

For KAN, this project continues the developer’s philosophy of working not only with buildings, but with creating ecosystems for life. The company’s reliability and its ability to complete projects ahead of schedule, even during wartime, have become the foundation for building infrastructure where children can grow in safety and support.

For A+, this is an evolution of a mission that already brings together 15 innovative schools. Their goal is not simply to prepare students for admission to leading universities, but to create conditions in which every child can find their own path and gain confidence in their abilities.

Respublika STEAM School will become an example of how architecture, technology, and an educational model can work in sync, creating an environment of care and development. A school that doesn’t just teach, but supports, empowers, and inspires.

Admissions to A+ schools for the 2026–2027 academic year have started.
Choosing a school is about a child’s everyday environment: who they study with, what knowledge they gain, and which doors will open for them in the future. We work with international programs — Cambridge International, the American High School Diploma, and The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award — globally recognized standards that build a strong academic pathway.
In our schools, students explore different fields — from architecture and engineering to IT, STEAM, business, and natural sciences. Our goal is simple: to help every child find their own pace and motivation.
We are located on both the right and left banks of Kyiv:
A+ Architectural & Engineering Collegium — grades 5–11, 14 Mrii St. (Faina Town residential complex)
A+ Gymnasium — grades 5–11, 14 Berezneva St. (Comfort Town residential complex)
Respublika STEAM School — grades 5–9 (Respublika residential complex)
A+ Primary School — grades 1–4, 4B Reheneratorna St. (Comfort Town residential complex)
A+ stands for quality education and an honest approach without loud promises. For over 13 years, we have been building schools that combine modern programs with real educational outcomes.
