Despite all the challenges, KAN Development does not stop and continues to create. In an interview with Delo.ua, KAN founder Ihor Nikonov explained how the company overcomes difficulties, launches new projects, and maintains quality assurance.

“Today, it is important not only to build houses, but to create a holistic ecosystem - places where it is comfortable to live, work, and raise children. We believe in Kyiv and its future.”
KAN is not about meters, it is about the quality of life: schools, kindergartens, parks, services - all in one place. Igor Nikonov believes in the power of community and innovation. For him, the key is not just construction, but the creation of ecosystems that set a new standard of living for residents without putting off life for later.
