KAN Development creates environments where it is comfortable to live, develop, and grow. That is why education has been a matter of principle for us — as the basis of a healthy and progressive city.

A+ has always been part of this idea. Kindergartens, schools, a gymnasium, a collegium, innovative formats, extracurricular education — all of this has grown into a strong system. Today it has an official name — A+ Educational Holding.

🔷 KAN is the only Ukrainian developer that creates its own A+ education network for children from 1 to 19 years old, right inside the living quarters.

Residential buildings 302–304 within the Respublika residential complex have made the shortlist of the World Architecture Festival 2025 in the Completed Buildings: Housing category — and we are truly proud that this project represents Ukraine on the world stage.

We created it together with our partners Archimatika, in a difficult period — when the world stopped because of the pandemic and then was shaken by the full-scale war. But instead of a pause, we chose action. And we proved that even in the hardest times it is possible to build — meaningfully, boldly, with care for people and the city.

The Respublika residential complex is about a new urban culture. It is a complete environment for living, with a promenade instead of public squares, open quarters, spaces for active recreation, and a strong community inside.

A charity concert took place at Fayna Town and became a true celebration of neighborliness, music, and action. The initiative came from the residents — together with local businesses, they created an event that raised 812 000 UAH for interceptor drones for the National Guard of Ukraine artillery brigade where our neighbor serves.

On stage — YAKTAK, the neighborhood band “Zillia,” and stand-up comedian Oleksandr Kachura. At the auction led by Vitalii Holunin, 250 000 UAH was raised from just three lots. In the courtyard — an atmosphere of support, inspiration, and the strength of the community.

KAN Development sincerely thanks every resident and local business that took part: for the ideas, for the action, for the energy, and for caring. Thanks to you, Fayna Town is a living, warm community capable of great things. We are proud to be alongside you.

The large-scale all-Ukrainian forum “PRO Education: Innovation, Experience, Solutions” was held at A+ Educational Holding — an event that brought together practitioners, innovators, and leaders in modern education.

The most valuable resource today is applied expertise. That is what participants gained during original lectures and master classes from the teachers and methodologists of A+ Educational Holding, who apply international methods and edtech solutions every day and set new standards of learning in Ukraine.

The forum became a space for live dialogue, where the education of the future was taking shape in real time — between ideas, experience, and bold approaches.
