As of the beginning of August, several important stages are underway at once: apartment viewings are already taking place in Buildings No. 40, No. 41, and No. 42; Buildings No. 23, No. 24, and No. 24a are actively moving on to facade and finishing works; and phase 12 is gaining height. We have gathered the current status of works for each building 👇 🔑 Buildings No. 40, No. 41, No. 42: The buildings have been commissioned, and all through July we have been meeting our Fayna investors at apartment viewings. Everything is 100% complete. See you in your new home! 🏗️ Building No. 23 • Structure: Foundation (piles + 450 mm slab), monolithic frame, stairs, ventilation blocks, and wall masonry — 100%. • Facade and roof: Roofing — 100%. REHAU windows are fully installed — 100% Facade insulation — 95%. Installation of aluminum composite panels is underway. Glazing system — 70% (+20% over the month!) • Interior works: Floor screeds — 80%. • Finishing: wall plaster — 40%, ceramic tile installation — 25% • Networks and equipment: Elevators installed — 100%. Ventilation — 100%. • Electrical networks — 90%, water supply — 90%, sewage — 90%, heating system — 75%. The tower crane has been dismantled 🏗️ Building No. 43 (phase 12) • Structure: Excavation pit, piles, and waterproofing of the underground part — 100% • Monolithic frame — 40% (4th floor of 9). Installation of ventilation blocks and reinforced-concrete stairs — 20% A tower crane is operating on site. 🏗️ Building No. 44 (phase 12) • Structure: The below-grade works are fully complete — 100%. The monolith crew is erecting floors 2–3 of the 16-story sections • Two tower cranes provide parallel concreting of the sections 🏗️ Building No. 45 (phase 12) • Structure: Excavation pit and piles — 100%. The basement slab is complete, and waterproofing of the underground part has been installed. • Monolithic structures of the 1st floor are being erected 🏗️ Building No. 46 (phase 12) • Structure: Below-grade works — 100%. Floors 1–2 of the 16-story sections have been erected, and the structures of the next floor are being installed • Concreting is on schedule, and the frame is rising at a pace of one floor per month.
