Balcony glazing is 95% complete. Utilities and equipment: The main systems, including electricity, heating, water supply, sewage, fire-safety systems, and Otis lifts, are fully operational and 100% complete. 🏗 Building No. 41 The building is moving into the final finishing stage. Structural works and exterior envelope: The frame, walls, roof, glazing, and first-floor shopfront windows are 100% complete. Facade insulation is at 95%, while air-conditioning basket installation is at 76%. Interior works: Floor screeds, doors, and technical access panels are 100% complete. Plastering and tiling works have reached 95%. Utilities and equipment: Radiators and two lifts are 100% installed. The individual heating substation is 99% complete. The full range of engineering systems, including electricity, water, heating, and fire safety, is 97% complete. 🏗 Building No. 42 Construction is currently in an active phase.
