Dominant Business Center - a unique face and the highest level of comfort. The first of the implemented KAN Development objects. The first experience of managing a complex project in the field of real estate: from concept, design, construction to operation. New technologies of nf equipment were used here for the first time, which later became the standard for objects of this class in Ukraine. Technical features of the building: elevators without engine room, small heat station, ventilation and air conditioning system chiller fancoil, control system of all engineering systems of the object from a single control point (Navy). Architectural features of the building: open planning, hinged ventilated facade with Italian porcelain tiles, inverted service roof, tinted glass in translucent facade structures, unique domes of towers made of copper scales in the style of Kiev Art Nouveau. As part of the new Bessarabian Quarter, the Dominant Business Center building has a unique face and the highest level of comfort.
