Business Campus B12 UNIT.City

<p>The B12 campus can accommodate 1, 000 employees and 10, 000 visitors each month. The building meets the standard of green construction of the American system LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design). The engineering infrastructure of the new campus is aimed at conserving energy, water resources, reducing CO2 emissions and improving indoor air quality. DTEK Academy, Metinvest Digital Digital Transformation Division and other companies became residents of the campus. A UNIT.Verse conference area for 400 people has appeared on the ground floor. In 2021, B12 is nominated for the EU Mies Award - the European Union's award in the field of modern architecture. B12 became the first commercial building in Ukraine to receive a silver LEED certificate from the American Green Building Council. The campus' engineering infrastructure aims to conserve energy, water resources, reduce CO2 emissions and improve indoor air quality.</p>
