Residential buildings 302–304 within the Respublika residential complex have made the shortlist of the World Architecture Festival 2025 in the Completed Buildings: Housing category — and we are truly proud that this project represents Ukraine on the world stage. We created it together with our partners Archimatika, in a difficult period — when the world stopped because of the pandemic and then was shaken by the full-scale war. But instead of a pause, we chose action. And we proved that even in the hardest times it is possible to build — meaningfully, boldly, with care for people and the city. The Respublika residential complex is about a new urban culture. It is a complete environment for living, with a promenade instead of public squares, open quarters, spaces for active recreation, and a strong community inside. Create with KAN!
