Insulation has reached 90%. REHAU windows, 1st-floor glazing — 100%, air-conditioner baskets — 95%. * Interior: Plaster, screeds, and fire doors — 100%, service hatches — 95%. Fine tile finishing of the 1st floors has begun (45%). * Networks: Electricity, heating, water, and sewage — 100%. Facade insulation — 77%. REHAU windows, doors, and 1st-floor storefronts are 100% installed. Air-conditioner baskets — 48%. * Interior works: Screeds — 100%, doors and hatches — 97%. Plaster and tile are 75% complete. * Networks: Radiators and 2 elevators have been installed. The individual heating point is 98% complete.
