What do the people who live in our quarters every day really think about KAN? This year KAN turned 25. Over this time we have created more than 4 million m², commissioned 20,500 apartments, and delivered projects that have become part of modern Kyiv: residential quarters, business centers, schools, parks, and spaces for an active life. KAN quarters have swimming pools, football and basketball courts, padel courts, and BBQ areas, and A+ Educational Holding operates for the children. And the main value of all these spaces for us is the people who fill them with life. Today, about 60,000 residents live in KAN quarters, and more than 6,000 children have already been born here. With them come neighborliness, friendship, family traditions, and favorite places. And it is thanks to them that a space becomes a home. So, for KAN’s 25th anniversary, we gave the floor to our residents. Watch the video to see what they think about KAN, what they value about life in our quarters, and how they see KAN from the inside.
